Super-light Italian Classic, drenched in Olive Oil and topped with fresh rosemary and Cornish Sea Salt. This is a hugely adaptable bread sliced any which way – in skinny soldiers for dipping and toasting, cubed for hungry kids or cut open lengthways for a doorstop sandwich. When I get a craving for a particular bread, it is normally this one…must be the salt – naughty!
Freezes extremely well – as it comes in a generous sheet, most people freeze at least some of it.
