Unusual but delicious,
I have long wanted o make a tomato bread but it always came out too tangy until Hairy suggested adding roasted celeriac to balance out the tomato and give some extra flavour,
as usual fantastic with cheese
Ingredients
Ingredients: organic white FLOUR, sourdough culture made with organic white WHEAT FLOUR, organic RYE FLOUR, organic wholewheat FLOUR, sundried tomato, tomato puree, CELELERIAC, sea salt, black pepper.
