A tangy wholewheat sourdough loaf in a tin shape, made with 100% spelt flour (50% wholewheat spelt and 50% white spelt). Spelt is an ancient variety of wheat that our tummies can be more used to digesting than modern wheat strains and this combined with an overnight fermentation creates a loaf designed to be both nutritious and gentle on the tummy. Please be advised that this sourdough is made with a kind of wheat and still contains gluten.
Freezes well.
