The loaf for sourdough lovers – this is deep and wheaty with a distinctive sourdough tang. We use a wholewheat sourdough culture to bring out the natural flavour of the stoneground wheat grains and prove it overnight in baskets. I love all of our breads, but I have to admit, this is my favourite.
Freezes well.
